Our story

It started with a locked gate and a full reading room.

A student turns up at 6 AM to grab a seat before an exam — and finds every chair already taken, with no way to have known that before leaving home.

That's the problem Pathanshala was built to solve. We started by mapping every library and reading room we could find in our city, verifying their seats, Wi-Fi and timings in person, and putting real-time availability in one place students could actually trust. What began as a local directory has grown into a nationwide marketplace connecting thousands of students with hundreds of verified study spaces every single day.
